Team Leader

As a Team Leader you must be able to manage a team under the direction of a Search Planner.

Manage point of find from crime scene to delivering emergency first aid.

Competent to navigate with map & compass.

Be prepared to assist police to complete road searches.

Get involved with contingency work such as helping out with local floods.

Liaise with other teams, police and other emergency organisations.
