Lowland Rescue First Responder - LRFR
LRFR is an expert in intermediate and advanced medical first aid on scene, until professional help arrives.
They must maintain and remain current in intermediate and advanced first aid skills.
You would be expected to commit time to delivering first aid training to the team.
Requirements:
6 – 12 months experience as a Search Technician.
Pass Tier A First Aid Training (run by the team), Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), Basic Life Support (BLS) and some first aid application exercises such as casualty evacuation.
Pass an LRFR course over a weekend run by Lowland Search & Rescue.
